Each class description includes details about the focus and intensity level. If you’re unsure, our team will happily recommend a class based on your goals and experience.

Consistency is key. Most clients notice improvements in strength, posture, and flexibility within a few weeks.

General recommendations:
2–3 sessions per week for strength and visible results,
1–2 sessions per week for maintenance and flexibility

All you need is comfortable clothing and a water bottle. We provide mats, props, and all necessary equipment — but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
